Kamenoi Hotels, spread across 32 hot spring areas in Japan, are nestled in regions blessed with abundant natural beauty. Each hotel offers a unique hot spring experience, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the cultural values of Japan.

Our task involved the development of a comprehensive group wellness programme that will guide the nutrition, amenities, wellness menus (including spas and fitness), and facility requirements for the 32 Kamenoi hotels throughout Japan. This initiative aims to provide a unified and holistic wellness experience for guests across the diverse locations of the hotel group.
