As the appointed curator for wellness concepts, SO.WA team conducted site analyses and market research. Services included developing wellness facilities, menus, organisational structures, financial profitability, training manuals, and hotel immersion programmes. We also assisted in assessing and improving the existing spa’s operational efficiency.
