In March, we were appointed as the lead consultants for the wellness facilities—including the spa, co-working space, and gym—at “The Initial Sama,” a serviced apartment project by Cover Projects in Singapore.
By May, we commenced a major project as the principal consultants for the spa and wellness facilities within the large-scale theme park “Summarecon Bandung Park,” developed by Indonesia’s leading real estate company, Summarecon Group.
Towards Q3 of the year, we were privileged to be entrusted by a global hotel group with the concept development of a luxury hotel in Bali. Simultaneously, another leading hotel group appointed us as wellness consultants for the concept development of a luxury hotel in Kyoto, as well as a wellness project in Hokkaido. These appointments mark significant milestones in our journey, reflecting our expanding presence in Japan and setting the stage for further growth in the years ahead.
In addition, we are in our seventh year of providing operational support for the luxury resort The Legian Seminyak, Bali, ensuring consistent service delivery and continued improvements in customer satisfaction.
In September 2024, our Managing Director, Tomoka Nguyen, participated in the “Hospitality Japan Conference 2024” as a moderator, leading a discussion on J-Wellness and its future alongside prominent figures in the Japanese wellness industry.
Looking ahead, 2025 is anticipated to be a “Golden Age” for Japan’s hotel industry. SO.WA Consultancy is committed to contributing to the revitalization of the hotel and tourism sectors through wellness, aiming to provide richer experiences for all.
